Best Directory Script, CMS or Theme?

If money was no option, what would be you choice for the best Website Directory overall? It does not matter whether it's a Script, CMS, Theme or anything else. I would like the know which one is the best?

  It sure is, and it's lovely. It seems tremendously search engine friendly to me.
  
  I wanted to know mostly about ready-made themes or scripts, I probably didn't make myself clear in my thread title or post.
  
  However, I was talking about the pre-made directories. I remember, (i think) php dir and a few others from back in the day. But now there are some really good ones like Directory Press and alike and I would like to know which one is the best.
