please help fix this java problem

have been trying very hard to submit content in flixya.com and this is what i got in return "Javascript/CSS not allowed: style"
i do not understand what this means i really need help to fix this problem

  • Sound like you have a style tag embedded in the HTML you're trying to submit.

    Easiest way to clean this up would be to paste the content you want to submit into a new blank WP post (no need to publish it) and click the 'clear formatting' button on the editor toolbar (the one that has a little eraser icon on it).

    Then copy this text from this temporary post and resubmit to to flixya.com
