Wordpress test plugin

Hey guys,

I am at a loss as to what I need to even search for. I have a plugin or two for surveys, polls, quizzes, etc, but none of them have the functionality I want.

This isn't a quiz where there is a right answer. Each question, and each answer to each question, has a different.. "weight" to it. I am not even sure that is an accurate description.

Basically, if you want to issue a "love compatibility" test, or a personality test, and things of that nature, what sort of test is that? What should I be searching for?

Does anyone know of a plugin that can accomodate something like this?

For instance if I have a question such as:

You feel constantly fatigued and cannot get a break
(Strong Agree, Agree - or bubbles 1 through 10 as to how strong you agree or disagree, etc)

Based on the question itself, and the response to the question, it will be given a certain value.

At the end of the questionaire the values need to be totalled up and then the visitor needs to get some type of feedback.

Make sense?

Any idea what that type of test is called, or perhaps a particular plugin that can actually do this?
