how to make top of divs with control by cursor?

Hi,

Suppose that there are 3 divs and there are pictures in the divs. Put on top of these Divs.

Finally, the mouse cursor is provided with a reversible, how to act? For example look header of http://www.egonomik.com and the word of ISTANBUL.

But I have not been done placing on top of boxes. I could not...

I looked over the code a bit, and I'm pretty sure they're using a script to cause that effect. Here's the URL: http://www.egonomik.com/wp-content/t...allax-body.php.
