Image problems with my sales page

Hello,

I have just made this sales page

http://www.info-sources.co.uk/ebay_s.../quit_smoking/

And the header graphic is not displaying properly, and also the image just to the left of the start of the sales page wont display. I have checked the path is correct, and the image is deffinatley uploaded to my web space. I can't work it out. Please can some one advise.

    Hi Mompessons,

    I just clicked on your link and the header is displaying nicely on my laptop.

    With regard to the image, you're right it won't appear. Don't mean to sound patromising in the slightest, but I normally keep all images in a seperate folder (actually I think you have to), then just make sure your path is exactly IDENTICAL to where the image is kept. I don't know how many times I've come across with this error because I stupidly put the incorrect path.

      Thanks for taking the time to have a look.

      Does the bottom of the header graphic not look like it is a different colour to the upper part of the graphic?

      I have checked the exact path, and it matches. It is all in lower case on the web page and on my server.

      Any other help please?

        Hello folks,

        I have found out the problem.

        I remember, that once I had a problem with my files on my webspace when I upload them using filezilla. I don't know why. But anyway, I thought I'd try uploading it through file manager in my control panel. I done this, and now the header graphic and the image that wasn't displaying at all are both displaying fine.

        I think I will have to look into using another ftp. If anyone can recommend a different free ftp other than filezilla, that would be great.

    Maybe check if you have CAPITALS in the image path on the server - perhaps a .JPG extension / that sort of stuff. Happened to me at some point...

    Your header graphic looks fine to me. You do have some errors in your HTML that you need to address. You can run the complete code through the HTML validator tool at World Wide Web Consortium - Web Standards and it will show you what you need to correct.
