Need help inserting CSS template in DW

I got a free template and was wondering if it is possible to completely insert it in the program as displayed online. I tried to play around but I am unable to load the following:

1. Background colour
2. Colours in tabs
2. Logo image

Is there a link to sample? little confused about what your asking. Though I'm pretty tired haha

What do you mean by DW sir? Dreamweaver. If so I seem to also have the same problem.. Css Formating (DIV TAGS) does not show up right.
