A great theme that a lot of marketers and promoters make use of is Flexibility theme, it's extremely customizable and very easy to get to know, plus setup is also very easy. Give it a look and then decide.

You can add pages to your requirement.

There are multiple templates that you can add for a small fee for niche sites etc

I had never heard of the flexibility theme for Wordpress. I have two Wordpress blogs running and was looking to set up two new blogs, so I will have a look at flexibility.

Agree with Stuart, Flexibility theme is very good, I use it on all my sites as it has many varied feature so no two have the same look.

Easy to use and there are free and paid versions.
