Simple Wordpress Theme for Plumber, Electrician, Builder etc...

Hi peeps, I'm looking for a good wordpress theme suitable for plumbers , electricians, builders, Hair Salons, etc.. which will not need updates and generally be a very simple 5 page website, to highlight services, Business hours, Location, Services etc...

Can anyone recommend a theme suitable for this? I have searched themeforest but as I have never done this before, I'm think there maybe a few of you who already have used a theme which you can recommend as I'm not sure what is suitable.

    The Genesis framework by itself is simple, clean and awesome! YES it is a premium theme but $60 is a very reasonable price and you can use it on as many sites as you want.

    Socrates Theme is simple and clean as well

    All themes will need updates.

    Perhaps you meant to ask - what themes are less complicated? What themes will be easiest to manage and sustain going forward?

    Use the default theme Twenty Eleven, BUT make it look a bit different.

    LEARN the built-in wordpress options and you should be able to make nice non-templaty 5 page websites in 2 hours or less from start to finish (assuming you have the content)

    All plug-ins require updates too, FYI.
