Review my website please

hey,

i have a store :Garden Furniture King[dot]co.uk

i am getting good traffic through GOOGLE CPC and one of the worrior is doing seo on it as well. Any type of suggestion would be appreciated.

Also i have some problems on the site, if you can help me, it would be awesome.

1- I need to remove the follow us on twitter/compare products and newsletter option from the side bar.

2-when some one search some thing from the top search bar it never gives the right result, it actually gives random results or some times no results at all. How can I fix that.

3- as you can see there are search option on the right panel on this link :

gardenfurnitureking[dot]co.uk/tables-chairs.html

but they are not there on this link

gardenfurnitureking[dot]co.uk/day-beds.html

I need to remove the search options, basically i am just looking for the cart and then underneath that i have added my own contact us and facebook thing but the other things are not required and I need to remove them.

4- my site get about 6000 unique visitors a month and I sale 3-5 items a month, how can I increase my conversion ratio.

p.s: This is my first site, I am not good with coding, i would really appreciate if you explain in detail what needs to be done.
