Need help setting up selling services through Paypal

Hey everyone,

I'm working on a website that sells advertising services, but I'm having some trouble getting the payment system set up. I've added a Paypal buy button to the page, but I can't seem to figure out how to create an immediate follow up message or a support ticket to get information from customers. Are there Wordpress plugins that help with this, or does anyone know a good video tutorial that will help me set this whole thing up? So far, Google and past posts on here haven't turned up what I need.

Also, if there's a more appropriate place to ask this question then feel free to let me know.

The set-up for where people are taken after they pay is done from the Paypal account when building the button. You could even take them to a forum where they could ask questions.

I'm actually looking to send an immediate followup e-mail of my own.

Since it's a graphic ad design service, I have them redirected to a page where they fill out a support ticket to answer some questions about what they're looking to have made. However, I'm concerned that some people might close their browser or hit the back button instead of being redirected, so I want to send an e-mail with the link to the support ticket page.

    Does that make sense?

I sell services too and was dealing with this issue -> wanting to collect info of people who paid. What I did was to reverse the process. I had them fill-out the form with the info I needed, and then select the payment option.

Once they selected the option, their info was placed in my db, and the particular PayPal button was revealed.
