2. Support Mobile phone/ gadget without problems.
3. Fast, Minimum 90 score.
4. Have Developer License.
5. Nice Looking

    Thesis has always been my choice....they have a developers license...

    The look is pretty generic, but you can do so much with it (once you learn it).

      I look at the website and they say it is a framework instead just theme.
      but the information is not so much for me to decided to pay the price which is considered higher than most other theme
