I created a squeeze page seobulldog.com/promo but after entering the email address it doesn't do anything. Any idea where I messe up? I'd like to be able to have the user be redirected to a web page that the PDF is on so they can download it. How would I do that? Or would it be better to have an email come out to them after They confirm it with the PDF attached??

I had this created on fiverr. Maybe I should buy work optimize is that the squeeze page software? Would that help me do what I'm trying to accomplish?

A squeeze page in itself doesn't do anything.

You need either an autoresponder (AR) service behind it or a self-hosted AR solution.

I'd suggest you subscribe to an AR service and follow their directions how to place an optin form on your site/page.

I had someone integrate a MC webform for me through fiverr -- and I sent them the form HTML code ahead of time, and they took that and properly mapped my optin form so that the subscribers went into MC without an issue. Also -- during the form creation process within MailChimp is where you can set the "Thank You Page" redirect...wherever you want users to go immediately after they optin.
