html showing in blog post summary

I am using wordpress and on my home page my blog post title is showing and underneath it is html code. When I click on the title it takes me to the actual post and that page is fine. How can I get the summary on home page to stop showing code?

  • What template are you using and how did you customize it? There may be some unclosed tag somewhere. It would be easier to see what's wrong if you posted a link to your blog.
