I already have the back-end coding but I need the website designed, is this difficult?

Hello, I am designing a complex website-we have the programming done (our CTO has done all this).

What I need now is only the "skin", i.e the design of the website (i.e. the front end coding) and implementation of the design.

Would this front-end design need to be done in Javascript and/or CSS?

How would I combine the front and back-end coding as these will essentially be separate (as their being created separately) to work together in harmony and together create my fully functional website?

Is this likely to be simple? Can I buy any software to combine front-end and back-end coding together as described above?

Any help would be really appreciated

A URL to your project and a brief description to your knowledge would help us greatly.

The description is too general as of right now.

I agree with kian...as you said yourself it's a really complex website.
We will need to know what is the relation between the frond-end and the back-end and how each one affect the other in order for us to be able to help.

        Anthony,

It does not sound like what you need will be particularly difficult to do, as long as you get the right people to do it.

You cannot "buy any software to combine." There is no such software.

Further, your front end and back end coding will not "essentially be separate." On the contrary, they need to work together seamlessly, no matter where each part originated.

You will not be able to get the front end coded and then somehow attach it to the back end. You need to finalize the back end, then turn this code over to an expert programmer with the details of your desired look and feel.

You may need a designer to develop the look and feel as well. But the programmer will then take the design and the back end and create a front end that functions the way you want it to function.
