Hi guys,
I recently had my product approved a few days ago on Clickbank and I originally had the price set at $19 but then changed the price a little higher to $27.

So now my homepage payment button links to the $27 product.

I made a sale yesterday not long after the change at the $27 dollar price range, but then today just before, I got a sale for $19. What happened here??

Is it from a returning visitor that had the $19 payment button and info stored to his computer? As I did do a small amount of promoting at $19. There is no page whatsoever on my site with the $19 payment link anymore.

How long does it take for my website to update globally? Maybe this is the problem?

Thanks hope to hear your thoughts
Steve

    Hi Steve,

If after changing your price to $27 you made a sale for $27 and that sale came from your website then it seems that the order came after that one for the old price of $19 might be because of COOKIES . Clickbank might have a feature that if a customer visits the product and tried to make a purchase and stopped at some point then it may has a cookie saved on his computer so that the price is the one he tried to purchase.
    If that makes sense

    It might be this.
