I need a little help with my alternative energy site that's in my sign.
To see the code, just right click the site and view source.

First I cant get the index page to center. Where in the code would I <center> the page?

Why are only some of my page titles showing up. The index and some article pages title show up. The rest of the pages don't. Why would this be when I did all the titles is the same format.
