I am learning HTML & CSS now on w3schools. I am getting a hang of it now but I would like to know, which tutorial learns me how to make websites with Photoshop. I want to know enough to create a decent website or a WordPress blog for a client.

In the future I want to have knowledge of scripts like:
PHP
Javascript
SQL

You'll probably need to master HTML and CSS a little longer before you're able to build the websites you're thinking of. However, you can build Wordpress sites without any HTML or CSS knowledge, you just won't be able to customize it that much.

I'd recommend looking over at Adobe Photoshop Tutorials from Beginner to Advanced | Psdtuts+ and Web development tutorials, from beginner to advanced | Nettuts+

You can make a website using Photoshop and Dream viewer.More Photoshop tutorials and strategies available on Google search engine.
