Does anyone know how to display the calendar widget in Wordpress in a blog page?

    So you want a widget to be inside a specific page instead of the blog's sidebar?

    It's a little much to explain in a forum post.. here are the steps, at least:
    • Create a custom page template in your theme folder
    • Put a dynamic sidebar slot inside the content area of the template
    • Register the sidebar in your theme's functions.php file
    • Create a page in your wp-admin and select the custom page template you created as its template
    • Go to your widgets page and add the calendar to the sidebar you registered
