Looking For a Basic Theme Like This One...

I have searched high and low and have yet to come across something like this.

A theme with a header and footer that can be easily edited, simple, white background, and a side bar.

Any recommendations?

      This is the type of website I am looking to build, I have yet to come across a theme that is similar enough when I can just customize it.

  • Use Wordpress and you can use TwentyEleven theme which is a basic theme and is installed when you install the platform.With a few customizations you can achive that layout quickly
