It seems that you have got someone to write your homepage with SEO in mind, although this might be a good marketing strategy it's not very easy to read. There are a few grammatical errors such as:

"Whats even better, if you are not 100% happy with the services, we will refund your money, guaranteed!" - should be "What's".

And...
"We specialize in Search Engine Optimization , Online store web site" - should be "We specialize in Search Engine Optimization , and even offer an online store web site" OR "We specialize in Search Engine Optimization , and we are a well established online store web site".

Check where you use your capital letters as well, it might be a small thing but it's enough to put some people off!

Overall, it's easy to use but just needs a little tweaking. Hope this helps!

To be honest... the site looks like a freelancer's website. I mean very ordinary. You have over used bold tag and that is looking very unpleasant and unprofessional from a user perspective.

I'm very sorry to be so harsh but i just wanted you to work on it.

For my idea, as a design agency, you may need more creativity, especially for the typography and images. Even SEO is good, but if you take away the audiences interest by catching only crawler, you will end up with nothing.

Therefore, You should you more optimized and eyed catchy images, so you can cut out some parts of the whole bunch of text. That's just my opinion! Thanks.

Your overuse of the bold tag and obvious SEO text on your homepage really makes your page unpleasant to look at.

Your site has some pretty bad grammatical errors as well. One of your graphics says 'Open Successfull Online Store,' another says 'What Our Clients Say.' They should read 'Open A Successful Online Store!' and 'What Do Our Clients Say?' respectively.

If you speak Spanish as your first language I would recommend you look into doing web design services specifically in the Hispanic community, it's still a huge and underserved market on the internet and it could really set you apart. Try targeting Spanish keywords for web design related terms and see what you can do with that. Hope this helps!

I have designed and created tonnes of websites the things that I believe is highly important, which you have to ask yourself is:
- does your website explain to the user what you do in around 10 seconds?
- when a user first loads the homepage, is there too much going on, too much text?
- have you kept it minimalistic, simple, elegant and professional? (i.e. less is more)
- is the design clean, the text readable, and nothing too irritating, flashy, etc?

Keeping things clean, simple, elegant, punchy, professional and balanced is king!!!

Ok, onto your website and I will be totally brutally honest - cause that is what you would prefer right!

First glance upon visiting your website on the latest Safari browser,
I really like the logo - very paradise, which is where you are. Serving All USA is a little too small though therefore logo could be bigger.
Got the phone number in the top righthand side - great!!
Menu links are too small and too light - can hardly read it because the font is so thin. If you could font size up a bit and maybe go a darker grey and even black for the selected menu would be much better.
Nice big banner, which I like. Would be great to have more slides and a slower speed on the transitions.
I didn't get the icons loading for What Our Clients Say?, FAQ, and Resources - only failed 20px image placeholders. However, I did get an icon for Guarantee. Just checked in Chrome and no failed image placeholders are even there - strange??
Your writeup is good, although could you shorten it - maybe dump most of it in an About page and have a punchy intro, with testimonials, etc. Then try to reclaim the righthand sidebar by taking space out of the form elements and Send button (move that up higher), and shrink the size of the graphics.
The white page and gradients look awesome - great job on that.
The green background graphic is also fantastic. My only issue is that the white text does not stand out enough and it is quite hard to read. I would again increase the font size on the headers (Contact, Blogroll) and the contact information, blogroll info, Terms of Use, etc. I know this may be a bit drastic, but you could darken the green background image and add contrast and/or add a dark green gradient as a shadow effect near the footer. Anything to help the text pop out at you more.
The Live Chat popout widget is a great little tool - great work on that!!
The rest of the website pages are looking really good. Narrow page banners are working nicely.
To sum up, I think the website is well designed. I would just make the text stand out more so it is more easily readable. I would also make the homepage not so long. I think having to scroll so far down to read a whole lot of information is a bit much especially for a homepage.
Anyway, I hope you find value out of any of these comments.

Your site is good.
I love the layout, very simple and less complications.
Maybe you can enhance the logo design.
And for the contents it's obvious that you over use bold text for SEO.
Maybe you can minimize that one.

Overall feedback - Design looks good as well as the layout.

The only issue I see in your design is your background . the image is very heavy ( around 470KB ) try lowering It's size to 200KB MAX . also try a darker color, I really feel like dark blue is going to fit there much better

The logo doesn't suit a professional design studio, it looks too casual and not like a serious creative business. Also the slider happens a little too quickly so there's not really enough time to look at each slide when it appears.

I also agree that the bold tag make it really hard to read. You should also try enlarging up the quote you've included in the body of the page to make it more prominent. That will break up the text in that area and make it look more interesting.

Wow! great design. Basically I like your background but menu bar is not looking good. Overall perfect.

I won't go into too much detail, because I find that I end up rambling on and on, but here are some of my thoughts:

- The homepage does not tell the users what to do... Should I click on the image, should I read something, it simply doesn't direct me to do anything... The front doesn't look awful, but it certainly isn't guiding the visitor.

It might be good to move up the "call me" icon so at least people know what you want them to do.

- When I click on the images, they go to Web Design Banner | Web Design Miami, at this stage there is no message and direction... Contact Us does not mean they will contact you... Even a "We want to better understand you SEO & Design needs, please fill out our contact form and someone will get back to you today!" would be a nice touch.

- The Phone on the contact us page comes across harsh... It screams that you are a cold calling company that will reach out to me more than I want... You might not intend that, but imo it does... if you want an image there, find a picture of a person on a phone, smiling and that will make people feel more at ease.

- I like what you have done to make people feel at ease with the "guaranteed" badges. This is very helpful for users to feel like they can trust you.

- On the testimony page: What Web design Miami Customers Say | Testimonial and Reviews | Web Design Miami - The very first testimony is telling people that they wanted the testimony used on LinkedIn... Just remove that reference, it is confusing.

- same page, who is "Get Affordable Web Design Firm"?

Overall, I think from a visual standpoint, you can make some of the changes listed above, but what you should also focus on is the message and content that you are showing people. If they see typos and strangely worded pages, they will think differently than you want them to.

I love your website. The menu looks great, and i love the footer. Maybe, just maybe, i would go with slightly bigger fonts, maybe Arial 16px instead of 13px. But, in any case it's fine this way, too.

The background doesn't work to me. The gray text are almost the same value with the green. They don't stand out.

I agree with the others, your site seen functional, fast loading and simple easy to browse around. but you many need to show more creativity as a professional designer.

I love it. You have a well designed site there.

I think the color scheme & layout is alright, but geez, talk about keyword stuffing..

Literally every other word is "website design miami". I would recommend you focus on putting quality content/text that conveys what you do vs stuffing it with the keyword you want to rank for.



I mean, I'll be completely honest with you. The above section that I quoted sounds extremely ridiculous & amateur.

Even so, I own a web hosting company, and sure I'd like my site to rank well but that does not mean I'm going to litter every page with "web hosting company". It just sounds ridiculous. I think you should focus on putting quality content and focus on that.
