I'm a hair-pulling-out-newby. Please explain to me how to go about offering a free ebook in a thank you.

It seems to me you have to host the ebook somewhere on a domain? Do you have to create a new webpage for every ebook or whatever it is you want to give away?

And where and how do you link it to your autoresponder thank you page.

I'm sorry for the stupid question, but would appreciate the help.
