    If you know the programming, then the photos could cost you a several tens of dollars from a stock photography page... otherwise it doesn't look like a sophisticated site.
    You can do this for <50 $.

    It's a rather simple website. The scripts for logging in might require some knowledge. PHP, for instance. That would cost you some money... perhaps you can hire an expert.

    Anyway, I've seen fancier sites built on Joomla and even WordPress.

    Typical price range depending on what you would like.... $1,000-2,000. Although, since we're online, you will probably be able to outsource overseas or somewhere for comparable design and layout for only around $500 I guess.
