How to remove the navbar from BLOG.com not blogspot

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to remove the navbar from blog.com , not from blogspot.com.I checked for tutorials on google and youtube but there wasnt about blog.com every single one was about blogger. So if anyone knows please help me I would really appreciate it.

You need to upgrade to the "Disable Ads / Custom Ads" option.

Important: You should review the terms of service to make sure that you are not in violation by removing the nav bar.

And if you want to edit the CSS, you need to purchase the "Custom Design" upgrade.
