as a whole the website is good, i only have on comment on your Services navigation on the right side of the services pages, some of it are offset and some has horizontal scroll bars in it..

Header section is good in comparison to bottom part. Drop down menu on bottom part is not looking good. You need to work more on that.

Nice use of drop down menus, although the colour theme is a little all over the place!

Small grammatical errors on the homepage which will need tweaking i.e.:
If you're using the phrase "ranging from" you need to later use "to" in order to make the sentence make sense. Instead it should be:

Use of images are a little random too - eggs, penguins, dartboard etc - try and get a bit more continuity and it'll be easier to use.
