How much should I charge for designing a directory website?

I've designed websites for small businesses ( have about 10) and I got a request from a prospective client who needs a nationwide directory for musicians (not in the US). The directory will have 3 main databases, the listings will be free or for a fee depending on how they want their listing, will include a forum, will have about 7 main categories with about 50 subcategories, listings will have social media links, photos and more, etc. I will use a wordpress theme for this and customize it. I do have my rates for a site for small businesses, but this project is much bigger and I'm not sure how much to charge. 2000usd? 3k? 4k?more?. Client says that target membership is of 60,000 people. The idea is to create something like this but much nicer: vivastreet dot org and with more bells and whistles. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
