Hi, having a problem positioning an image on a wordpress page:
Garage Doors : okbok.com

I need to position the third image below the other two, i.e. push it down a couple of lines.

Looks fine in the visual editor, but no matter what I try, I can't get it to work live

any pointers appreciated.

cheers

Tony

you must try to put some spaces between photos so that it will look better.

Well thanks for taking the time to reply reynald2790, you just sort of restated my question though.

When you edit the post/page in the visual editor (this for WP version 2.7+) click the image once and then click the little image icon that appears on the upper left side of the image. That will open an advanced image editor. Click the advanced tab and put a numerical value in the vertical space box. Try 10 or 20 and see if that does what you want.

Thanks Houdy, tried that and it works.

Now have a different problem in that the image aligns horizontally with the text above it still and I want it to be aligned on the left.

Have obviously tried "alignleft" but that then wraps the text which I don't want.

    Any ideas?

    cheers

I don't quite follow your last question but... If you don't want the text wrapped try giving the image a large horizontal space value in the advanced image settings. Or center the image. Or both.

    Hi Houdy,

    <img class="alignnone

sorts out aligning to the left with text underneath

The problem is the image is aligning with the text above.
