Creating a splash page (advice needed)

I have an ebook package I am looking to sell. I have a website up already but I want to create a splash page that looks more professional.

I have hosting already and I'm wondering if I want to create a splash page what is the best way to do this? Are there templates or programs that are easy to use and professional? Also, if I want to do A/B split tests and create multiple splash pages, how do I do this?

    And I just looked at a WSO the other day called Lead Rocket that produced pretty Kick A$$ squeeze pages

    You can use any plugin you want, but I'd recommend you to try Optimize Press.
    Very high convert rate, very easy to adjust and set, flexible theme and much more..
