What is the best theme for displaying video content in a panel?

WEB DESIGN

I am trying to create a Wordpress site and need to show videos in some kind of display panel. Rather like the featured posts thumbnail image facility on some sites.

For example I may want to show a series of exercise videos and display top to bottom on the page.

Is there any (well known) theme which can do this?

If you are not self-hosting the videos I would go with:
WordPress › Video Thumbnails « WordPress Plugins

I've used it on a few client sites and we've had good success with it.
