Can Google read Frames?

Hi. I have been trying to help my gf build a site. She has put in a forum to help with the content and SEO however we are unsure if Google can read the content. Any ideas?

Why not use WordPress along with bbPress forum? Both have in-built integration. You can also add BuddyPress.
