Have you tried installing the Karma Theme just a while ago?

I was so excited when I saw the preview of the karma theme from Themeforest so I purchased it.
I installed it right away and when I activated it, everything became a blank page. A plain white page.
I contacted the support right away, and until now, I haven't received any reply from them yet. So, I will just wait.
Does anyone experience the same thing? I am not sure the main problem is.
If you have tried this and found out a solution, please share it to me.
