Website questionaire help?
Hi Guys,
I've come to this forum with a question and a little hope some of you may be able to help me.
It's probably quite simple.
I have a question regarding questionaires. I have been working on a website for an offline client and now it has come to a stage where they want 5 online questionaire. Me having marketing knowledge i want to design and construct a questionaire that will give you a score after they filled it in and pressed the submit button and before they get their score they need to provide us with email address in order for them to see the score. Which is on the following thank you page with "share this questionaire with your friends"
Is there any software or online services I can use or anybody you know or reccomend to create & design this kind of questionaire in the way that I have outlined above?
Will survey monkey do this?
