How Can I Embed A Non Youtube Video On Non Wordpress Page?

I've got a short 1 minute video that I want to add to a shopping cart checkout page. I have the video hosted on our site and don't want to use Youtube for this.

How would I go about getting an html embed code for this video so I can enter it onto my shopping cart's checkout page?

that would be simple. You would need to install a video player, or use a software called Easy video player that allows you to embed your videos to your website. Lead video player does the same as well. I believe you can also use flowplayer, though I haven't tested this.

It all depends on what you are using. There is a universal html code for embedding. You can get many codes for that just by googling it. Dependent on the type of player.

I would go to my CMS content management system and open the page I wanted the video on and edit the html and place the embedded code that away.

I'm not trying to embed into a Wordpress post but an html page on a checkout page...There were some good suggestions above which I'll try.

You can do this with:

1. Camtasia can output your video in HTML with a player of your choice. You do not need to record it in Camtasia, just add it as media and produce.

2. Flowplayer

3. JWPlayer (my favorite)
