Hey,

Need some video experts suggestion here.

I have a .mp4 uploaded on a website (shared hosting NO-NO-NO-NO-NO-NO-NO-) and embedded that video using a video player I purchased in the WSO on a Wordpress site.

The videos are playing fine for me. But for some other people the video doesn't ever load. The "pin-wheel" just keeps spinning, but the video will never play for them.

Any reasons why this would be happening? All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Try out EVP 'Easy video Player"
It used s3 and wont give you problems.

If your website uses video a lot.. go EVP

    Hm.
    Try using W3 Supercache.
    Try using Cloudflare too.
Make sure the video format is more widely supported. Mpeg, Mov or Avi might better.
I know my sons PC with XP and WMP8 doesn't support MP4 natively.
Supply link to codecs on your site. E.g. Cant see this video? Get the codecs here!
Does the player require html5, java or anything that's not widely supported. Maybe use a different video player.
Hope that gives you some ideas.
