I quite like the look of the site although your right hand column is quite a bit longer than your main content (not a massive issue just something that bugs me). I didn't time it but the site did take a little too long to load imo.

In header section I can see there is a white color line. I feel if you could remove this line then it may be more attractive.

Yes, it'll better if you remove the white line on the header section.

Your site design is very good but on my system ( XP, 17"") the right side advertisements are bit out of alignment. Please check.

this is one premium design for wordpress, man. if its unique, then bravo. creative, clean design.

The look of the site is dope. I would suggest your Email opt-in button be on the side of the input field. Right now it's below it. Other than that cool stuff!

The banner at the top looks like an ad, it does not look like an integral part of your design.

On the right down the side, you have a load of modules that say :
search for a job in uk and so on, then a button underneath each that says search for a job - the module header is redundant. Get rid of it and put your text on the button, or get rid of the buttons and just create text links.
The color of the blue subheadings on the inner pages does not fit in with the template - the blue is to MS paint default amateur. Try making them #919E1E

Site looks good. Load time for me was 5 seconds everything to completely load. The only thing that feels off is the headline with the cup of coffee. Its not the coffee cup more the font in the headline

It is a nice "soft on the eyes" color but the page is long and one has to use the curser to scroll the full length of the page. Maybe shorten the page soemwhat.

As far as looks go, the home page is fine.
As far as design, I have a few suggestions/comments:

1. The top fold of a website is the most important area on any website. That is the area people first see when going to a website. You have way too much extraneous stuff up there that you do not need. I would consisder getting rid of it. It will also help your page load faster. For example, you could easily get rid of the first thing that has your Home etc on it. You could even get rid of that cup of coffee banner. That would move things up considerably. The think about what do you want your visitors to do? What is your main objective and then put that as high up as you can.

2. When I went to your homepage all I saw was posts about cover letters. The first thing that came to my mind was to leave your site. Your URL is personal development which is what I expected to see. Not stuff about cover letters. Consider having your homepage contain posts about personal development. There are plugins that give you the ability to have a static homepage.

3. I would remove the useless link in your footer pointing to that media site. This is especially important since Google recently came out with the Link disavow tool.

4. Your idea of having your site available in different languages is good. Using that script is not. I recently read something on the Google Webmaster site that shows you how to properly set that up. They specifically tell you to NOT use that script. I have it myself, which is why I was interested in it)

5. If you are going to use the Keyword meta tag, make sure that the page uses those keywords. Do not have keywords in there that you do not mention on the page. There is great debate over this topic but in my opinion, nobody really knows for sure except Google and the other search engines. In other words, I don't care if someone claims to be a SEO expert or has been doing it for a hundred years. They (and me) really don't know. My personal feeling is that it is there for a purpose, and certainly cannot hurt, if you use it properly.

The site looks good... took a little long to load though. Are you trying to portray a retro look for this page? I noticed that the header has a white line which I think is a stitch... or at least it looks like one.

I like the color combination, it makes you want to trust the site. You might want to also work on the images you have on your revolving slider. The text is somewhat hard to read.

But all in all I think the page rocks

The load speed of us site is good. But I thing font color is not perfect with background color. Others are alright.
