Want to transfer domain

I have a site which is register in enom. The enom registration fee is too high then other register. That’s why I want to transfer my domain. In this case i prefer other register company which registration fee is lower than enom. But I dont know how to transfer domain?

Please suggest me how can I transfer domain from enom to other registrar? Is this any cost for domain transfer? How long it takes for transfer?

To Transfer a domain: Domains must be valid and already registered with another registrar; Domains must be registered for at least 60 days and in unlocked status.
