How does this site gag work?

It's a good one. I first saw it on romneyryan.com but that was just a frame for For all the details on Mitt Romney's 5 trillion dollar tax plan visit ROMNEYTAXPLAN.COM.

I can't see anything in the source of either page that causes the button to act the way it does.

I'm just interested in the site effects. I could care less about politics. This one has some good humor, which is the most you can expect from the topic.

It's most likely JavaScript powered movement. Can be easily done with a bit of research :p

Search for the keyword button in the CSS file:

Thanks people, but I think I'm going to give up on this. I just happened to know of a joke with a point that would go well with this technique.

I do have all the css including the button css. There are 7 javascript files totaling over 400 KB. It would be a lot of work sorting out what is needed and what isn't, especially since I've only used js once and don't know much about it.

I might poke around in my spare time, but it really does not look like this would be simple or easy to do. It is much different from the normal grayed out non clickable js button. Seems like the people who put the page up earned their money.
