Just setup a category for your blog page. Call the category "BLOG" or whatever you want. All the posts you makeup set that post to be in the above category "BLOG". Make a menu item for the new category "BLOG" and then each time that menu item is selected then all the post will display.

Setup whatever "PAGE" you want in the setting to be your homepage.

Is that what you are after ?

      WRONG!
No need for any category in this case.
Create 2 new pages, let's call them "Home" and "Blog".
Leave the "Blog" page empty; i.e. do not write anything in it.

Go to settings > Reading: make Home your static front page and "Blog" as your 'posts page'.
      Done.

        Can benefit both ways.
I realized that through the first way you can just split the blog for a few
        Categories.
        Thanks
