Danica Patricks Employer 301s. Very interesting
I have all of my domain names through Danica Patricks employer. Today I learned something about them when it comes to 301 redirects.
According to the Danica Patrick employer website, to set up a domain name for a 301 you go into forwarding and choose perm forward for a 301 or temp forward for a 302.
But
I found out that it does not matter anymore all redirects done through Danicas employer are 302. To set up a 301 you must have a hosting acct for the domain you are redirecting and set up a 301 on the hosting level.
It appears they changed this a few months ago...
Anyone else notice this?
