What are you doing or using to do this?
Is it basic HTML? a CMS platform?

Most of the sites here are built using WP. Easiest way to tell is to add /wp-login.php to the end of the domain and hit enter. You will land on the admin login page if it is WP..

That said, it does seem like either the img tag hasn't been included correctly or something I have seen before is certain plugins strip out images (not purposely). If the images have shown before you may just want to go through and deactivate plugins 1 by 1 to see if that helps at all

You are using Wordpress from what I see but there is also no image added to your slideshow at this moment.Probably you are not adding the image where it should be added. If you have a featured reviews section in your Dashboard and you need to add each review as individual post then try to use the "Featured Image" option to add an image for each review. Also there is the possibility that you have and "Upload Image" under your post and you need to upload each image there but this depends on the theme that you are using and also the slider settings.
If is possible please provide more info about the theme and the slider.
