Want to run CGI script in WordPress Installation

I've installed WordPress blogging software in my site, also I want to use a cgi script which is in cgi-bin directory.

But after pointing to the script, it shows 404 not found error. Any solution?

You should elaborate on this...

Pointing from where? (post/Page or template file?)

How (i.e. absolute or relative path)

Eventually, what is the script supposed to do?

I want to incorporate this exact script into my site, but after installing it on site (http://www.khichadi.com/cgi-bin/metabocalc.cgi), it says not found error. Site has wordpress installed.

Please help me to sort out this issue. Thanks in advance.

  It looks pretty do-able if you are good with changing referrers. If not I would just forward the php page to an html version of itself and call the script from there.

Does it have to be this exact script? There are plugins:
