Blogspot meta tag.

I know that we cant use meta tag in blogspot blogging. but when we post in blogspot, we get post settings in right side. and there are a option , called lebels. can we write the keywords in the lebels option?

    Labels are used to categorize your posts. In effect, these are 'meta tags' as some would consider. I would encourage you (for the sake of great organic search rankings) to stay away from broad keywords, for example:

    internet, web, website etc. (transfer this mindset to your keyword market)

    Select keywords for your posts which are longer tailed (for example):

    "internet marketing tips, website marketing how to etc. etc."

    As mentioned by imarkedy, labels are primarily used for helping visitors find similar content to what they were reading. In blogger, even labels do not pass on PageRank to other pages of the blog.

    I wouldn’t worry too much about the keyword meta-tag. Google doesn’t use this in their ranking factors and Bing actually uses them to identify spam sites.

      Meta keywords have been disregarded as effecting search for quite a while now (years). If I were you I would create a free website on wordpress and go from there if you want to blog-you can change meta descriptions and title tags as well as url's.
