analytics tracking issue

Hey,

Ive been using a plugin for a squeeze page that requires its own separate plugin to add analytics tracking code

When I go to create an experiment in analytics, it picks up the alternate page but not the original. Not sure how to resolve it and banging my head against a wall trying to get it to work. Just doesn't make sense since the other page tracks fine and it's a duplicate of the other page just a slight variation.

Any ideas?

  • Lunchboxdiet,

You say you installed analytics using a plugin, did you also install the tracking code on your site manually? Sometimes having two instances of the tracking code can cause issues in reporting as well as with other features of analytics.

Perhaps this link will provide more insight,

    Hope that helps,
