Suggest me platform to make video website

Hello!
I want to create a video website. It will not be a video hosting website, but I will collect all funny and amazing videos from Youtube in order to make a great amusing videos collection. The good example is Funny videos. I want to create a website like this one.
So, my question is:
Q: Is wordpress or blogger is best to do so? Or any other suggestions please?

Google "video sharing script". Lots of options to choose from.

If you're willing to spend some cash, WooThemes has some great video blogging themes for wordpress, that is if you were going to use wordpress
