Wes,

If the site you would like us to review is the same one in your FB profile, I have a couple suggestions.

One is the image that you have of yourself on the right side of the screen. The image is ok but I’m assuming you want people to click the huge blue button to the left of the image. You should have yourself instead looking at the button instead of straight forward. People are naturally drawn to images and they will look at those first before any text or buttons. If the image is of a person, they will look wherever the picture of the person is looking. You may be able to increase the amount of people seeing and clicking on the button if you are looking at it.

Also, I’m not sure if you are doing any SEO but if you are targeting keywords for this particular page with your image, you should make those the most prominent thing. For instance if you place them in the header at the top of the page (the one that currently says get fit with passion).

If you aren’t that involved with web design I would recommend reading this book,

Don't Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to...
It’s a quick read and it has tons of useful tips on web design and usability.

You have a very beautiful website Wesley. Nice color scheme and combination.

Some suggestions...
1. Add more social media buttons (twitter & pinterest) for more exposure.
2. Make the teaser video on top (above the fold) so users will be prompted
to watch it.
3. Make this website responsive so that it will be mobile and tablet friendly.
I'm looking at my iPhone and it's not mobile friendly.

I wouldn't worry about twitter or pinterest, but I would add Linkedin. Lots of professionals use it and I know they would love what you offer!!

You should be using an external style sheet for your CSS and the last part, right under "What's happening on 7DayFitness ?" looks really messy. You should re-organize it. Other than that the site looks incredible.

Hi there! I think your site's layout is okay. . however by the way I noticed there are quite many white spaces especially on the bottom part.

also, 24Hr may consider changing to 24 Hour

and "longterm" should be two separate words.. typo error perhaps.

Please also do review the links cos some are not working properly

I think most of the commentators here are being way too analytical. For me, the site took a little too long to load, but I don't know if that is because of the site or a slow connection.

I also was a little confused at first whether this was an online membership or offline, as in a gym.

Other than that, I thought the site looked great. If I wasn't already an awesome physical specimen, I might be tempted to join myself.

I'm not a big fan of the site colors. You have too much going on around your call to action button. I would eliminate the two buttons above it and just have those be links or place them some where else.
