My Joomla 2.5 website admin page loads a blank page

Greatings warriors,

I have a joomla website and even though I had logged in to the backend successfully earlier today, I am now having issues logging in because when I try accessing the administration page that is mysiteurl.com/administrator, nothing happens and it just remains a blank page. The website is fine and I can browse through it with no issues but I now can't access the joomla admin page to give me access to my backend!! Please help and tell me what could be wrong and how I can rectify this..Thanks in advance...

      Hello, yes I installed pintrest plugins and also social media share buttons the last time I accessed the backend. Could this have contributed to the problem? What can I do? Please assist...

    you website have a Authentication problem. can you tell me you website url because I am working in joomla 2.5.

    Typically this is an error with a PHP file in your system. Do you know how to use a file transfer program like Filezilla to make changes to your website? If so you will need to go in and remove the most recent plugins that you installed (for starters).
