Need help for design

I'm trying to convert the PSD design to website but there is a problem.

Look at the screen, understand the highlights so that you can understand my problems.

The solution seems to be either Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal.

    Looog time no see

    I suppose you are looking for a theme with
    DHTML scrolling text
    and dynamic images changes

    There are other questions to highlight:

    * Where will you set the scrolling text? Is the text from 1 source (eg just from a text file), or you want to pull from multiple sources (eg for Wordpress, multiple posts)

    * Likewise for the images - how to you want the images to be shown for a page?
    Is there any setting requried? Or just a simple random images (eg from a specific folder)

    Hi, the text will be from one source. It's actually a text file which can be edited by my client.

    As for the images, I suppose that it will load the right image upon checking out the name of the file loaded.
