Wordpress blog unknown code

Hi all,

I am creating a blog of my own with WordPress theme successfully. Everything is fine except one problem. I created the blog with domain.com/blog. If i refresh the blog unknown code is adding to the blog URL. I don't know how it is generating. (Ex: domain.com/blog/#.UL3iFuScc34 ).

Every time i refresh, different code is generating. Please help me to remove that code.

It looks fishy. Could be malware or hack. To begin, who is your webhost?

You are not alone. It seems many people in WP forums are experiencing this problem at one point or another. It seems to be some kind of intrusion. Some users offer explanations and fixes in this thread,

One of my friends asked the same question in Wordpress Support and i got solved.

That's a plugin tracking code installed by AddThis.
Here is the answer.
