metropolis.abm.com ... how was this done

I found a website metropolis.abm.com which is sort of like a Sim City simuation. When you click a building on the first screen, it brings up the building with little people doing cleaning work. It is totally cool.

I was just wondering if anyone had any idea how something like this is done. Is there a package one can get to do this? Thanks for any info.

    This was created using Microsoft Silverlight, although you could also do it in Flash.

      Thanks Robert...I was kind of wondering how long it takes to do such a website, and what it would cost. It's really elaborate.
