How to design video game studio twitter page

I own a one-man video game development studio and would like to have a professional looking twitter page for it, so that I can tweet about the game releases and market my games. The problem is that I am a developer and not marketer and designer. Can you give me an advice on the best way to design it with minimal investment?

    Albeit old (and some links in the resources section not working anymore), it should give you an idea.

    You can also google for "twitter backgrounds" or "twitter background templates". However, if you go with a free theme then it's likely that someone else is using it as well...so if you want to stand out and have something unique for your brand, you should pay a designer to do it.
