Replacement theme for Profits theme

My main money site is currently using Profits theme and I have been happy with it for the most part but unfortunately it is not responsive or very mobile friendly.

The site is mostly in blog format and the main features I like about it are its ease of use and it's abilities to set ads (top, bottom, middle).

With that in mind, can anyone recommend a responsive replacement? Or a theme/plugin combination that will give me the flexibility to have various ads with posts?

Check out clickbump theme. Its mobile friendly and has the ad manager to place ads anywhere you want, including top, bottom and middle, and on the sidebars.
